Returns & Refunds
Bannd Tshirts products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days after delivery. When the claim is approved, Bannd Tshirts may provide a replacement or refund at no additional product cost.
How to Report a Problem
Email support@banndtshirts.com with:
- Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs showing the entire product and the specific damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- If multiple items are affected, a photo or video showing all affected items together may be requested.
Returns Are Usually Not Required
Do not mail an item back unless Bannd Tshirts gives you written return instructions. For approved damage or manufacturing claims, a physical return may not be required.
Size, Color, and Preference Exchanges
Please review the product description and size information before ordering. We generally cannot provide a free exchange or refund when the ordered size or color was supplied correctly, or when the customer changes their mind after production begins.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately after checkout if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, an additional charge may be required to reproduce or reship the order.
Lost or Stalled Shipments
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier confirms the package was lost, contact us. We will review the shipment and determine whether a replacement, refund, carrier claim, or other resolution is appropriate.
Minor Production Variations
Small variations in print placement, color, or dimensions can occur during production and may not constitute a defect.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card processing times vary, and it may take several business days after issuance for the credit to appear.
Final-Sale Items
Gift cards, promotional items identified as final sale, and customized or personalized products may be nonreturnable except where damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
