Shipping Policy
Bannd Tshirts products are made to order. The total time before delivery includes both production time and carrier transit time.
Estimated Production Time
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Complex orders, high-volume periods, holidays, quality-control reviews, or product availability may increase production time.
Estimated Shipping Time
After production is complete, estimated carrier transit times are generally:
- United States standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days.
- Priority or express services: timing shown during checkout when available.
- International shipping: commonly 7–30 business days, depending on destination, carrier, customs, and local delivery conditions.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends and holidays may not count as business days.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout. Costs may depend on product type, quantity, destination, and selected service. Items may be produced or shipped from different facilities, and an order may arrive in more than one package.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the package is handed to the carrier. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display movement.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes are not guaranteed once production or shipment begins.
Delivery Delays
Bannd Tshirts is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, labor disruptions, address problems, local delivery interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, building staff, safe-drop locations, the carrier, and the local delivery office.
International Orders, Customs, and Duties
International recipients may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or other destination charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing can delay delivery.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a shipment is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal, unclaimed package, or other customer-controlled issue, additional production or shipping charges may apply.
