These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Bannd Tshirts website and your purchase of products from Bannd Tshirts. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Availability
Products are generally made after an order is placed. Product colors, print placement, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings and normal manufacturing tolerances. We may change or discontinue products, designs, variants, prices, and availability without notice.
Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout. You authorize Bannd Tshirts and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the full order amount.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment problems, product unavailability, address restrictions, policy violations, pricing errors, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Customer Responsibilities
- Review product, size, color, quantity, and shipping information before submitting an order.
- Provide a complete and deliverable shipping address and keep contact information current.
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and do not interfere with its security or operation.
- Do not copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit Bannd Tshirts artwork or site content without written permission.
Changes and Cancellations
Because products may enter production quickly, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed.
Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
The site and its logos, artwork, graphics, text, photographs, designs, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Bannd Tshirts and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, interfere with checkout or fulfillment, submit fraudulent transactions, impersonate another person, or use the site in violation of law.
